Se trata de la Declaraci\u00f3n del municipio de Ober\u00e1 como Capital Provincial de la Paz, que tambi\u00e9n obtuvo su sanci\u00f3n esta tarde. Hugo Passalacqua fue uno de los autores del proyecto y su acompa\u00f1amiento fue fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su presentaci\u00f3n, Pigerl indic\u00f3 que es \u201cun reconocimiento a nuestros abuelos y padres pero trae consigo una responsabilidad para nuestra generaci\u00f3n\u201d. La raz\u00f3n por la que se eligi\u00f3 a Ober\u00e1 entre tantos municipios fue el crisol de colectividades que eligi\u00f3 este sitio para crecer y desarrollarse.
